  • 40g (about 1.5 oz) grilled chopped fish cakes
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 200ml (¾ cup) water
  • 15g (1 tbsp) brown sugar
  • 40g (2 tbsp) gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 5ml (1 tsp) soy sauce
  • 5g (1 tsp) chili powder

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 boiled egg
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Rice Cakes

  1. In a bowl, mix rice flour with hot water until it forms a dough.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth, then roll it into long, thin cylinders.
  3. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Steam the rice cakes over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
