FAQs

  1. Can I use other fruits for the pearls? Yes! Try passion fruit, strawberry, or even matcha for variety.
  2. Why did my tapioca pearls turn hard? They might have been overcooked or left out too long. Keep them in syrup to maintain chewiness.
  3. Can I make this dairy-free? Absolutely! Swap regular milk with almond, oat, or coconut milk.
  4. Do I need butterfly pea flowers? They give the tea its stunning blue hue, but you can skip them if necessary.
  5. How can I make my pearls extra soft? Let them sit in warm syrup after boiling to retain their texture.
